Vietnamese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • Mint
  • 1 tbs Sesame oil
  • 1 tbs Sesame seeds
  • ⅓ cup Nuoc Mam Sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup fried onions
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Slice the cucumber into thin discs and put them in a bowl.
  2. Mince the mint leaves and add them to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle sesame oil and nuoc mam sauce over the cucumbers, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Top the cucumbers with crushed peanuts and fried onions.
